Athlete/Team Training
DB Fitness Inc. offers sports specific training to many different types of sports including hockey, basketball, soccer, rugby and many more. Sport specific training is offered to all ages including children 10 years and older. This is a great way to introduce how to properly perform the fundamental movements at a young age to build knowledge and to ensure safe movements during game time.
